Please return your purchase within 10 calendar days of the date you received it and please include the receipt of purchase. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please insure the returned item for the full purchase price, so that your purchase is protected against lost or theft until we receive it.

We will issue your refund upon receipt and you will receive the credit according to your card issuer’s policies.

Any item not in stock may take up to 3 weeks for delivery and will notify you via email of this delay.

Free Regular Delivery for in-stock merchandise is 7-10 business days. For express 2-day Delivery add an additional $10.00. For overnight delivery add $20.00.

Overnight shipping is available for delivery on the next regular business day. Express 2-Day Shipping is available for delivery in 2 regular business days. All overnight and Express Delivery orders need to be placed by 1:00PM EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for express delivery. Saturday is not a regular business day: if you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at 1-800-927-9030.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule; however Regular Delivery will take an extra 3 days.

All orders will require a signature at the time your package is delivered.

We regret that Express or Next-Day Service cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO address. Recipient’s telephone number is required on all orders.

Unfortunately we do not ship out of the USA.

All internet orders shipped to Rhode Island are subject to RI State Tax.

We offer a free 1 year warranty on all our jewelry against manufactures defects. Please refer to our return policy for warranty shipping procures.
